Before I started working with Rick, I had plateaued in my workout routine. When I would go to the gym, the group classes were not convenient for me and I didn’t want just to do random weightlifting, so I ended up doing the same cardio machines over and over again. When I started working with Rick as my personal trainer, he created a challenging program to increase my overall fitness and core strength. During the past three years, Rick has changed and enhanced my program, and my strength, stamina and flexibility have noticeably improved. 4 years ago, I was out of shape and I had been steadily putting on weight. When I started working with Rick, I gained strength and endurance, lost 20 pounds. and was motivated to start a new career as a Zumba/fitness instructor. I have been seeing Rick as my personal trainer for 2 1/2 years. Having never been to a trainer before, I had no idea what to expect. While I never intended to continue with a trainer for so long, I can honestly say that I still continue to look forward to my workout each and every week. Rick challenges me and encourages me to levels I would never do on my own. His training is a combination of weight training, endurance and cardio. He considers my age (65+) and my limitations (knee arthritis) yet has helped me reach goals I never would have imagined. He is always professional, courteous and respectful.

Fantastic personal trainer! Individualized and challenging, but not more than you can handle. I originally signed up for 5 sessions to learn a routine to carry out on my own, but it was so beneficial I have worked with Rick for more than 6 years.
